Certified consultant for FRIS®, Reiss Motivational Profile®, and The Bridge Personality®. She works in Polish, English, and French.

For over 20 years, she has been working with clients on understanding and utilising differences resulting from cultural and generational backgrounds, cognitive styles and motivational profiles. She assists teams and companies in achieving synergy between the individual differences of their members and clients. She conducts dedicated training courses, workshops and individual sessions based on an in-depth diagnosis of the current situation in the team. She supports leaders in team development and efficient management, considering current changes and global challenges. Currently, she places particular emphasis on the psychology of communication in a hybrid and digital world.

She has worked with AXA XL, Capgemini, Cisco, COWI, EME Aero, Emitel, Ernst & Young, Fujitsu, Future Processing, Hitachi, KION, MKS Atotech, mBank, Roche IT, Sapiens, Solvera, Splast, Universal Investment and other organisations.

Privately, she enjoys spending her time actively, cycling trips and time with her family.
