We develop and implement processes and tools that support clients in creating, accumulating, preserving and transferring new knowledge within the organization.

We know perfectly well how valuable knowledge and competences of people are in any modern organization. The development of the organizations depends on professional growth of their employees. Having that in mind, we develop and implement processes and tools that support internal subject matter experts in creating new knowledge and sharing it efficiently within the organization.

We use our original methodology of an Integrated Knowledge Transfer System based on three components:

  • Competence - aimed at providing employees with a specific training program adequate to their career path and development of their competences in the area of ​​learning adequate to their level of maturity.
  • System - consisting of solutions that create space to use employees' competences to learn, share knowledge, create new solutions and teach others.
  • Support - which consists of advanced IT tools for consolidation of knowledge and it’s transfer through online dialogue and virtual learning.
